At Level Up Energy Pouches, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Orders are typically processed after payment has been successfully received.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, weekends, and other circumstances.
You will receive an order confirmation after your purchase and may receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Level Up Energy Pouches currently ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping, including shipments to U.S. territories, international destinations, or other locations that are not supported by our checkout.
We reserve the right to modify our available shipping destinations at any time.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when you place your order.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Any applicable taxes or other charges associated with your order will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
5. ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information is available, we will provide it to you using the email address or other contact information associated with your order.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has shipped.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, returned packages, or lost shipments resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer.

7. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Level Up Energy Pouches is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.

8. DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and a description of the damage. We may request photographs of the damaged product or packaging.
Damaged products may qualify for a refund or replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.
